Notion

I’m using notion for 3+ years for everything. I schedule, write, manage the tasks, make customized process systems, and do many other things. My day started with checking the Day tasks and ended with planning tomorrow on Notion. This is the best tool I ever discovered.

Toggle Track

Usually, we don’t analyze our time — How much time do we work and on which tasks. Because it’s difficult to track every time. But Toggle Track makes it easy for you. Just write the task and start and once you did stop. This habit helps you to analyze your time and make you realize that you won’t waste your time.

Miro

Miro app enables wireframes. If we are planning a long project or defining any process, this is the best tool to use. It’s free. I use this before starting any project to make a mindmap and to brainstorm. A few months back I found this and used this regularly.

Dotted Grid Book + Pencil & Pen

This is the foundation of my Creativity thought reflection. After using many grids, lines & plain pages books, The dotted grid book I found suitable for a lifetime. I can scribble, Design Logos, Write tasks, quick notes, Meet agendas. I was using different books for everything but now this is the only book I carry everywhere for everything. To write on it I use a Black Pen & Pencil.

What are the tools that keep you productive?
